Maggie's 7th birthday was 4/4; however, this was Easter day, so we celebrated on the 5th. Kennedy advised me in the car that morning that Maggie would need party hats and candles to blow out and make a wish. I got the hats, then decided to stick candles in Maggie's Frosty Pay (dog ice cream treat) and gave Kennedy a dish to have some ice cream as well. Kennedy helped Maggie w/ the candle, but who knows what the wish was!
Saturday morning, Kennedy came rushing into our room at 6:30 in the am(!) saying, "Mom, Mom! Mom, you have to wake up now! We have to go to Grandma Fae's!" Because she doesn't have a concept of 'tomorow' I made the mistake of telling her as she was going to bed Friday night that after she woke up, we would go to Grandma Fae's. Well, she didn't forget!

Daddy and Kennedy, taking it all in:)

Here is a purple elephant at Rainforest Cafe!

Lastly, they were filming a movie in our hotel! That truck says A Mark Scott Company. The movie is called The Convincer w/ Greg Kinnear. We got to see Greg, but we didn't see the other actors; there were some other big names like Billy Crudup and Leah Thompson. So that was kind of neat!!!

Our friend, Jen, made these pig cookies first, so I must give her credit. Lorie said all the daycare kiddos loved them! Aren't they so cute??? Kennedy helped with the eyes, and yes, they are red hots and no, she does NOT like them. She thought she did, though. Stuffed about 3 in her mouth and crunched them up, then spit them out... ahhhhh.

We did get us a new swimmin suit. We are really wishing that the warm weather will hurry up and get here. Usually when we see something in the store and Kennedy is with us, she insists that she is "too big" for the item - she does not like to try things on, but when I held this suit up, she said, "I NEED it" and she insisted on holding on to it in her stroller. Then we had to wear it when we got home:) I can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can go swimming!!!
