Phew. That was a lot of posting.

We have developed a new found dislike of the camera. When I say "we", I am 100% referring to you-know-who....This little stinker:) Here are a few of what we have been up to lately.

At Thanksgiving w/ cousin Austen. Please take note that they BOTH loved drinking out of the little shot glasses. The minute we get to Grandpa Ron's, those are the first words out of her mouth, "I want the little glass!" Now she has Austen hooked:) Here is our house all decked out w/ lights!

And our tree:)

Daddy and Kennedy at the carousel in the mall. She always picks the kitty w/ the fish in it's mouth! She says its her favorite and it makes her happy.

In her fort in the living room. Note: wearing the Jamie dress. This is one piece of clothing that our babysitters daughter gave to Kennedy. Her name is Jamie, so this is known as the "Jamie dress". She insists on wearing it from the minute we walk in the door, after bath and over her pjs. Every morning we have a bit of a struggle taking it off, so we have to neatly fold it up and leave it on her bed so she can get it when she gets home. You know what? THE GIRL NEVER FORGETS THE DRESS! And again the cycle continues...
Lastly, too cute to not post, however, please ignore the *chocolate* that is on her face. Not sure what is up with that. Lately, Kennedy has become obsessed with this pink eye cover. "It helps me sleep!" she says. And it does. She slips that on and poof! she goes to sleep. This is her in the middle of the night actually sleeping with it on. Just toooo funny.

The "camp over" has begun!

After a very successful first camp over (that's what K calls it) at Addie's, she was dying to have Addie stay over at her house. After the last football game, we brought Addie to our house and had a great night! The girls made cookies, popcorn and played all night:)

Here are the girls - PRE- mess.Rolling out the dough.
Use the cookie cutters.

Ta Da! This is the mess after:)

After a quick bath, they got to decorate them:) And eat a few decorations in the process.

Here are two silly girls who should be sleeping.

Nope. They think they are hiding and that I don't know they are awake.

Then JUMPING on the bed. When they are supposed to be asleep.

SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ParTee Zone ROCKS!

Terry gave Kennedy a coupon for a free trip to the ParTee Zone and let me tell you, it will not be our last trip! It was amazing! She had such a great time and it was just her and I; I can't wait to see what it will be like w/ some friends with her:)

This was her favorite part - she wiggled her way up this "staircase" of sorts and slid down that green slide in the back ground. It was so high up and she LOVED it!

This photo doesn't even do it justice, the thing is HUGE and totally recommended by us! Thank you Terry!

The Pink Princess...

We came home from Lorie's on the Friday before Halloween with these glasses and a bag full of suckers. She was soooo excited!Again, with the glasses after a morning of tailgating on Saturday...

Getting ready for the NL Rec Center Halloween Party! She found this witch hat and stomped around the house saying, "I am the MEAN witch!"

Trying to shake the witch's hand.
Giving the creepy tree a kiss. This was the room after the most scary DARK maze I have ever been on. It was pitch black...

Dancing with the pumpkin man. Picking a pumpkin for a prize.

This was seriously her favorite part of the party - watching the clown make balloon puppies! The crazy fun mirror. She stepped behind it, just to check out how it worked. I think she thought there was someone back there making the funny faces...
Who could resist a little after party park action - down the slide!

Posing with the pumpkins...Kennedy's is the one on the skeleton body. she colored it up...then asked me to put a face on it.
She was soooo concerned about the fire inside. She wanted to blow it out!
Getting ready to trick or treat. She didn't like her tiara. She kept saying it was "too big". I ended up carrying it...

The creepy scary bowl with a hand that moved when the kiddos tried to grab candy. They loved it!
Running w/ Maya. After each house she would exclaim, "Mom! I want to go to the next house!"

Getting a sticker from the NLPD
End of night hug w/ Maya!

Halloween is in the air...

Well, last weekend when we visited the apple orchard, Kennedy was very upset because she didn't get to pick any apples from the trees. So, we went back, this time with Daddy, and it was a blast:) With the help of Daddy's "ladder" (it was imaginary:)) Kennedy picked the perfect Honey Golden's from the tippy top of the trees!
She was very proud of her picks and insisted on carrying the bucket back to the barn.
After we got home from the orchard, it was time to get ready for the Rebal Halloween Party. Kennedy has hand selected each piece for her costume this year, which has been much fun:) A pink princess dress, a princess tiara and green Tinkerbell shoes! Oh, and a pink necklace and gold bracelet...
The problem: the orchard wore her out and with no nap, she fell asleep in the car for the short 15 min ride from our house to the Rebal's... Not to worry, she sprang into action once she saw the bouncy obstacle course and all of her friends:)

Hard to believe she made it down the slide WITH the ice cream cone still being eaten:)
Second helping of fresh made ice cream - this time in a bowl and without the princess dress:)
Picking "flowers" with her friend Della.
This is actually her pouting and walking away from me, but it was a cute shot:)
Here is a group shot of all the kiddos in costume!
Last picture, waiting patiently for the pinata to break so she can load up on more candy:) Thanks Dean and Deb for a great party once again!
